Dear store owners,
At Panda 3D Printing, we take pride in offering legally licensed, 3D-printed products, with licensing certification for each item.
We also want to bring attention to a growing concern in the 3D-printing industry: the unauthorized sale of copyrighted designs. Many independent designers and artists license their work under Creative Commons or similar agreements that require specific attribution — including displaying the creator’s name or logo on each item or its accompanying display, as required by that license.
If a product is sold without the attribution its license requires, it may violate both the license and the creator’s rights. Many designers are actively working to address these violations, including reporting unauthorized sellers and pursuing legal remedies where appropriate.
